Every line of the §08 BOM shopped against live vendors: the cheapest reputable source found, its current price, a direct order link, and one or two priced alternates. Unbought prices were checked 2026-09-06 (CT) and exclude tax, shipping, freight and subscriptions. Purchased lines show what was actually paid, out the door, as of 2026-09-08 — those are facts, not quotes. A link here is a sourcing decision, not a purchase order — each item carries the review gate it waits behind, and nothing gated gets ordered until its gate clears.
Three orders have been placed. Everything else on this page is still a projection — a shopped price against a live vendor, or a labelled allowance where no quote exists yet.
| Date | Order | What | Out the door |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-09-05 | Lectron LEC#155615 | NACS→CCS1 (DC) + NACS→J1772 (AC) Vortex adapter bundle | $263.05 |
| 2026-09-08 | LiTime LT148307 | 2 × LiHeat 24 V 230 Ah self-heating — the house bank, 11.78 kWh | $2,194.54 |
| 2026-09-08 | Voltaico #27279 | The Victron core — inverter/charger, MPPT, Cerbo, Lynx, shunt, Orion, MEGA fuses, MK3, VE.Direct ×2 | $2,102.16 |
| Total spent | $4,559.75 | ||
These three figures are out the door — tax and shipping included, exactly what the cards were charged. Every other number on this page still excludes tax and shipping, so the two halves are not measured the same way. The spent column is what it cost; the projected column is what it should cost.

| Totals | $4,559.75 | $17,807.05 | — |
| Parts all-in — spent + projected | $22,366.80 | ||
For reference, the 2026-09-06 page projected $22,807.85 for the same scope on the 24/5000 with the heated bank, excluding the Lectron bundle. Actual purchasing has come in $704.10 better on the electrical group, and folding the previously-excluded $263.05 Lectron bundle back in nets the $22,366.80 above. This is parts only — it is not the ~$89,000 all-in build number in the main document, which carries the van, delivery, labour, tooling, contingency and the things this page still cannot price.

| Class T 250 A ×2 + Blue Sea 5502 blocks ×2 + Egis 8046 8-circuit 24 V sub-block — 250 A per battery, not the old 400 A: the LiTime BMS trips at 200 A. Sub-block feeds off Lynx position 4, since the MEGA family floors at 40 A and the Orion/fridge/Starlink branches are 3–17 A each | Nomadic Supply — one free-shipping order | $263.71 | fuse → block → sub-block → | $61.95 ea fuse · $48.95 ea block · $41.91 Egis. | Blue Sea 8099 AC panel (30 A main + 4 branch positions, ships with 4 × 15 A breakers) + Furrion F52INS 50 A inlet + 25 ft 50 A cord + dogbones. Replaces the main-only 8077 — that panel had zero branch positions, so everything downstream of it was unprotected | Hodges $306.77 · Camping World $39.97 · Kohree $108 · ~$30 dogbones | ~$484.74 | 8099 → inlet → cord → | +$210 over the 8077 line it replaces. Defender $309.99. Cheap route: a Square D Homeline 6-space load center + 3 breakers ≈ $69, saves ~$240 but costs 3× the wall footprint and has no marine finish. | 1/0–2/0 tinned marine cable + lugs — was budgeted as 4/0. ABYC wants tinned in a vehicle. Allowance, not a quote: 1/0–2/0 runs roughly $4.50–5.50/ft against $8.99 for 4/0, and lengths do not freeze until the one-line is signed | Greg's Marine Wire | ~$260.00 | vendor → | Down ~$160 from the 4/0 allowance, and real weight off a build at its payload ceiling. Untinned welding cable is ~half — not recommended in a vehicle | gated · electrical sign-off |

Cart-verify: pucks and wire are commodity allowance | Off Grid Stores $63.85 in stock · ~$45 pucks · ~$150 wire | ~$260.00 | block → | Separate from the Egis 24 V sub-block above — different rail, different job | gated · electrical sign-off |
| GX Touch 50, BPP900455050 — shipped unbought. The Cerbo runs headless, so this is a comfort call, not a functional one | Voltaico $184.93 (+$12.85 wall mount if surface-mounted) | $184.93 | PKYS $220.15 → | A second Voltaico order costs another $18 flat. Free alternative: the official Android GX Wi-Fi Display app on a spare phone. The Touch's cable is a single combined HDMI+USB 2 m tether that cannot be extended — that constrains where the Cerbo can live | pending decision |
| GFCI receptacle, first in the outlet chain | Any big-box | ~$20.00 | — | NEC 551.40 / RVIA require GFCI protection on RV receptacles. Not a breaker — one GFCI receptacle protects everything downstream. Works off-grid because the MultiPlus-II bonds neutral to ground whenever it inverts; without that bond a GFCI has no reference and will not trip | gated · electrical sign-off |
| Electrical & solar still to buy | $2,010.38 | — | Excludes the solar rack (fittings identified, not yet quantified), tax and shipping | — | |
Electrical & solar all-in: $4,296.70 spent + $2,010.38 projected = $6,307.08. The page previously totaled this group at $7,011.18 on the 24/5000 with the 230 Ah bank. The −$704.10 reconciles exactly: −$783.43 inverter SKU, −$358.36 across the five other Victron lines that had a shopped price, −$160.00 cable, −$39.69 Class T, against +$211.74 for the 8099 panel upgrade, +$240.77 of lines the cart reviews found that were never budgeted (MEGA fuses, MK3-USB-C, VE.Direct ×2, shipping, GFCI) and +$60.56 of battery sales tax.

| Victron MultiPlus-II 24/5000/120-95, PMP242505110 | $1,620.95 | The 24/3000 is bought. The 5000 was sized around an A/C compressor inrush stacked on induction — an event that stopped existing when the rooftop A/C moved to 24 V DC and never touched the inverter |
| Bank option A — 6 × Epoch 24 V 100 Ah heated (15.36 kWh) | $7,194.00 | Genuinely heated, and $5,000 more than the bank that was bought for the same capability |
| Bank option B — 2 × LiTime 24 V 280 Ah (14.34 kWh) | $1,979.98 | Cheapest path, but low-temp cutoff only — not heated, so it blocks charge below 32 °F |
| 6 × MRBF terminal fuse blocks | ~$300.00 | Existed only on the six-module Epoch path. That path is closed, so this line is retired — a two-module bank fuses at the Class T |
| Blue Sea 8077 AC main panel | $96.99 | Main-only, zero branch positions. Replaced by the 8099 above |
| 2 × Littelfuse JLLN400 400 A Class T + 5502100 holders | $303.40 | 400 A is oversized against a 200 A BMS. Replaced by 250 A Class T at Nomadic |
These charge the Zevo itself, not the house — standalone devices that do not depend on the design freeze. Phase 0 of the build manual already says to buy them.

Charging subtotal: $440.15 still to buy, plus the $263.05 Lectron bundle already purchased = $703.20 all-in against the $1,100 budget line. The EVSE swap alone took $133 out of this group. The shared-pedestal / house-shore-power concept these plug into is still a gated design item — buying the portable kit is safe either way.

Climate & safety subtotal: $4,351.79 — the rooftop A/C is finally a real priced line rather than a TBD, and the MaxxFan price question resolved down: Master Overland fetched live at $299 ea, below the Orion outlier that could not be confirmed in September. OEM Espar spares still run ~3× what was budgeted.

Shell subtotal: $6,545.00. The window-cover line drove almost all of the increase, and it is a precision gain rather than a price rise — the old $640 was a placeholder and the real VanMade sizes cost $1,020. Sound deadening and insulation both came down on the vendor swaps. The R-Tech line is the one to distrust until DFW delivery is confirmed.

| Water heater — Bosch Tronic 3000T ES4 (7738004997), 4 gal mini-tank, 1,440 W. 120 V AC — rides the inverter, not the 12/24 V rail. The 24/3000 is now bought, so this decision is forced: delete it (−$313.39), make it shore-only, or hard-interlock it off whenever induction is enabled. 2,400 W cannot run this and the 1,800 W hob together. | Walmart — ship date confirmed | $313.39 | order → | Rural Energy $407.99; Lowe's blocked fetch, same model; Isotemp marine $878 | gated · electrical sign-off |
Water & bath subtotal: $1,250.86 of the $5,400 water budget line — the rest of that line is fixtures, filtration and shower scope that is itself gated on the baseline-vs-optional-bath split. The toilet swap to the Joolca GottaGo took $666 out and removed a wall penetration; the tank and heater lines both drifted up; PEX came down on the SupplyHouse swap. $313.39 of this group is the Bosch ES4, which the inverter purchase has now put under a binding delete-or-interlock decision.

What these numbers exclude: tax and shipping on every unbought line, the solar rack (fittings identified, not yet quantified), the T-slot extrusion entirely, ~$300/yr of MarCELL and Waggle subscriptions, and Starlink Roam service. Six lines are cart-verify allowances rather than confirmed quotes: the Online Metals aluminum tube (~$666.25, live price extraction blocked), the 1/0–2/0 cable and lugs (~$260, re-priced down from the 4/0 allowance but not re-shopped), the 12 V branch bundle (~$260), the ducting/exhaust basket (~$120), the aux diesel tank installed line (~$110), and the PEX fittings allowance inside the ~$144.94 line. The Supply Ontime R-Tech line additionally needs DFW delivery confirmed before it can be trusted at $499.36.
